We may refuse service to any customer that is behaving in an aggressive, threatening or unreasonable manner. Any warranty claim or refund requires proof of purchase, your name, address and contact details.
Our terms and conditions of sale do not in any way override any entitlements under consumer law.
We do not provide refunds, exchange or store credits for headphones, bluetooth devices or waterproof cases if the packaging has been opened.
We will refund any other item within 14 days of purchase as long as the item has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.
We may, at our absolute discretion, provide an exchange, store credit or refund subject to proof of purchase and item condition.
Any claim for warranty may be subject to inspection by the supplier or manufacturer, which may take up to 30 days.
Your warranty does not cover:
Warranty claims for service work cover the parts/labour provided in that service and do not cover any other component or item not included on the receipt of payment. We may need to send the item to our service centre in the event of a warranty claim and if you decline we may be unable to resolve the issue.
Warranty on service work is immediately void if:
Any waterproof case will impair the performance of both the speaker and microphone of your device. This is not a manufacturing defect or grounds for a refund.
